Winter Hill Veterinary Property purchases properties occupied by large corporate vets, practices in single or multi-ownership, and commercial property held within a Self Investment Personal Pension (SIPP). We also offer a sale and leaseback service, whereby we purchase the property from the existing partners, and then lease it back to the business for a fixed period. This has several benefits:
